Now what

Now whatI think everyone is clear about the conversion ratio of ENF to ENB shares and why the offer
is being made to all the subs.  What concerrns me is, where does ENB stock go from here
since now we are tied to ENB at the hip.  Is there any incentive for ENB to rise and consequently,
drag ENF up with it or do we just sit stagnating or possibly decline along with a declining ENB?
I don't like exchange swap type structured deals and from my observation they usually
kill any further apprecitaion for either company until long after the deal is consumated.  It is
really a sneaky way of making an offer to purchase as it is subject to so much manipulation.
Give me an all cash buyout anytime at an agreed valuation and forget the conversion BS.
From that perspective alone I'm emphatically opposed and I don't want quarterly distributions
nor do I like a loss in yield that will happen.  I see very little positive from this proposal for ENF
holders and I will be voting no.
