RE:RE:RE:RE:Canadian LicenseCanopy put in a condition that they can bail if Sunniva isn't licensed by years end. Why would they do that? I'm not saying they will - but knowing how long construction takes, the licensing process, and the fact that the site change will delay their license, at this point the agreement is uncertain. Do you get it?
