Mining operations yet not started, Lydian damages community water infrastructure for the 3rd time during construction: Gndevaz village's drinking water pipeline is damaged, as is the irrigation water reservoir. In addition, a lethal car accident occurred with Lydian's construction vehicle's involvement. Locals complain of dust and noise. Lydian is not able to prevent these seemingly simple risks and damanges, how is it planning to operate a mine with such huge risks?
