Of course they put a condition in by years end, common sense. How do you think with them currently prepping ground puts them in a bad timeline? Yes its been delayed, but you dont think sunniva saw delays as highly probable when orchestrating this whole deal? Again, pretty common sense, unless you have never been part of large build. I have taken part in several, much more complex than a greenhouse, and considerable progress can be banged out in 3-4months.. and these are petrochemical plant builds, far more intricate. <br/>
Secondly, the build does not need to be complete to achieve licensing, further shortening the time needed to complete the list of requirements for LP. <br/> 

Moderate concern at best for the time being. I would be more intersted in legalization vote than anything. Although we have Cali, a no vote would crush all pot stocks short term.
