From what I have gathered - two payments are involved in the deal. This news cofirms the first payment has been paid - the second is due in July - if made BZI then own all of Namesilo and should open soon after.

I see there are there are $0.65 warrants - could be an idication of where we might open.
Hurry and wait until July.
