IBR has no debt and premium acreage.  It's worth more than just a plain vanilla $50k/boe market multiple.  In a competitive bidding contest IBR would go for $2.00.  Just based on their current production & premium acreage in the Montney. Really, USD70k per BOEd, which would be way more than CAD2.00 per share.

75 cents is silly but, hey, can't blame Velvet for trying.


Well, don't get carried away. Don't forget that IBR's land is completely intertwined with Velvet, so there won't be too many competing bids, and Velvet knows it.
