what the hell is going on?

what the hell is going on?Seems nothing wants to make this stock goes up.  we get news consistently, yet the stock price keeps falling.  I know stocks don't necessarily go up on news, but my point is, this company "appears" to be getting their ducks in a row and progressing as a company, yet this keeps falling.

Does that mean it's been overvalued?
