Interest rate/payment from Terry "the dirt bag" Gustafson

Interest rate/payment from Terry "the dirt bag" GustafsonBefore reading the document I thought input had already collected the loan principle from this guy by selling his land and some equipment.  Have they collected any money from him?

Who determines the interest that he has to pay on the loan amount?  Since input was potentially his savour and the only other means of capital raise he would have access to would be a 20% payday loan I feel like it should not be a small amount.

When the interest rate is determined when does it go until (present date or the date of the Estavan action)?

Anyone who reads that who is not his brother realizes that this guy was a total slimeball.  The number of times he dodged payment is incomprehensible.  I feel like he deserves jail time as he esentially stole inputs money.
