There the same as other JV companies in terms of position. Looking to get funding and following the steps to get into production. They still need to get permits I believe. They are more creative but there is time before a catalyst and they are racing against other companies to get to production in time for a graphite boon.

One thing I will say about Quebec, America has Let's make America Great Again and Quebec has Let's make Quebec Great Again. For mining they truly fund their own - look at Mason Graphite and Nemaska - and their projects get moved along with many perks. So this partnership should not be taken likely. If Novocarbon had half the money these companies get, wow they would be in a good spot. Creative and innovative company that is still some time away from going to production so there is time to build.

Saying that, Novocarbon is already making money and working on deals so they're at a more advanced stage
