RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Share consolidationThere is no 1$ rule on the TSX or on the TSX-V either. There are many companies on the TSX trading under 1$ for many years without any issue (CDH.TO or CCM.TO are two examples that comes to my mind quickly but there is a lot of them).

TSX will delist if they find a company is bankrupt or is not financially viable or no meeting its debt payments.

Now having said that, the company might want to do a reverse split it's not impossible but it definately won't come from TSX.

TSX will not force the consolidation but if it trades under a dollar for a specific amount of time NMX can be delisted unless they consolidate to bring it back over $1.00
