that's true sunrize, it didn't move the SP, but it will help finance the facility once executed. Your argument would hold more weight now as it looks like California is coming together nicely. The Canadian facility will also supply international markets and California post descheduling of cannabis. It may turnout that having facilities in the two largest markets will help propel them to the top as opposed to lagging their buildout, time will tell.
