question to pounder

question to pounder1.  appx 40 million shares as of april...... does that reflect the shares to be issued to alamaba share holder as per the buy agreement due to close in June?
2. delisting of the nasdaq  ....omen of an other split in the horizon?
3.alabama burn rate of cash to operate was in the order of  how many k,s monthly
seems like there will not be enough cash to continue their work to advance the graphite project?
4. same old story as far as details...they seem to have the same pattern as Ann-Marie used to release....i.e.  executive order,  35 suiter  etc.....same plan as before
5. how can you expect a change of results without a change of activities
