when does the buying start?

The stock has had no real volume for months. It hit a high of .54 around 6/30/17. No volume yesterday with 90%+ retail owners. when the stock has moved a couple pennys, then some one sells a little and knocks it back down. The Complany is moving along with its plans nicely. Over a year ago the stock was .1 to .17 cents. Why does no one want to jump in at .295? I know I am waiting on news that further defines what is in the ground. Anyone want to say what will be their catalyst to buy more stock?
