Hey BTG1  --  I know you're a big probe booster, and that's great.  However, before you puff out your  probe chest too much you may want to consider a few things.  

Sure, yesterday's financing NR will give probe upwards to $40M when combined with what they already have in the kitty now.  But why would probe do the financing now when the sp is close to 18-month lows?  I mean david palmer is a pretty smart guy.  And smart guys don't go after financing when the sp is low (unless there's a very good reason).  It's not like probe needed the money right away for their quebec operations as they could easily afford to wait till the sp inevitably went up.  No, there was a definite reason why palmer et al did the pp now.  I speculate it was because they have an aquisition in mind, and they had to jump on it right away.  

If I'm correct, and probe does indeed make an aquisition (azx/qmx/a mill???), then you'll find that probe's sp most likely will head lower in the immediate st.  So we'll see what happens.    Jmvho.
