If you take a closer look it's pretty obvious.  The day started off with a retail investor wanting out, and rightfully so probably bought in the .60 or .70's, wanted to see how far it could go, saw that it plateaued a bit then just wanted out.  Because this retail investor had a decent amount of shares that he/she didn't care to sell into the bids, it hit a few brackets down and then in turn triggered a other retail investor's stop losses domino effect.  That's why you see it go so low and then bounce back so quickly from the day's low on such low volume. I see one active flipper joined in on the bounce by the trading patterns.  Now the action will be around here but not really worried about this going back above $1.  If you have extra cash I'd load here.
