Sets up the Europeans as being the dominant forces in the US market. They are basically buying some relationships which FanDuel already has established with the NBA and NFL, yet I think the leagues are going to be very smart about how they carve their positions and nothing is a given. In the end, despite what they say, it is an acquisition of primed users. What will be interesting to see is how PokerStars can benefit from their former users, who played on the platform yet have since moved on, before Black Friday. Not sure how valuable that database will be, yet time will tell.
