Just had to respond to your statment above- Please let the facts be clear.

The pp was at 06 yes but no one sold their stock at .35 because when the pp came free it was trading closer to .20 and went down from there -this is pretty normal price action when the float goes from 1m to 91m
Secondly, the oil and gas banker has had a very succesful carreer in oil and gas and like many in that sector had to look outside of the sector for growth.  He picked Weed because he feels like oil and gas it has tremendous upside and he belives in the sector.  Yes the compnay raised 5m and they will need to raise more capital for future deals, The banker has also raised over 20m for a priavte Weed deal so he is clearly capabl.   I belive that managment is very capable and in time will deliver the type of deals that will give investors the returns they are looking for.  Its ok to voice your opinion but no need to bash people or deals.
