Hey MJR, Full disclosure: I am short on this and my opinion is that this isn't going to come back anytime soon. Look at the insiders, they barely hold any shares either. The big folks sold out long ago way north of this price point. This fiasco isn't going to help, it's going to get tied up in court and they will have to put aside some revenue to account for the possible loss. I'd buy in but not at these prices now. Idle or down is my guess and I am hoping for the latter.
