The company is selling shares from it`s treasury to a consortium of investors who in turn will sell them on the open market. These are shares that the company has in fact, bought back at fair market value at some point or received in the form of warrants. This does not represent further dilution as they are already accounted for in the TSO count.....excellent buying opportunity here below 75 cents. TSO is still a concern, as is just what kind of demand we will actually see after the recreational launch...the market is already saturated with black market product. Once it`s legal the market will be even more saturated....or will it ? This is the big question is it not, either way HIP is a fantastic deal here and offers a great speculative / informative bet...had to bite on 50K shares. GLTA
