Did anyone get a notice in the mail for shareholders?

Did anyone get a notice in the mail for shareholders?I recently (yesterday) got a package in the mail about voting and attending a shareholders meeting. Upon reading further into EMG through my RBC updates that EMH is being sold for shares at $5.20 each, is this true? How do I sell my shares at $5.20. I'm pretty new to EMH practices but can anyone provide an update?
