We all know that stock market investments have risk. We also know that speculative investments generally have higher risk. All signs point to uranium currently at the bottom of a cycle. Being at the bottom, the fat is all off the bone. The pendulum is going to swing in the other direction. Hence relatively zero risk versus a huge upside reward. New mines need to be permitted and constructed now to meet the known demand in 5 + years out!
