Hey Free and PrZ, imho I don't think Ontario will release there MOU until after the Provincial election.....I just got a feeling the partys are going to use it for political clout on their platform to get elected .....It seems they're delaying the release on purpose!...just calling as I see it....I could be wrong though!... ;} ...
