Spearmint Resources Inc. is a Canadian junior resource exploration company. The Company's principal business activities include acquiring and exploring exploration and evaluation assets. The Company's Clayton Ridge project in Clayton Valley, Nevada, is comprised of 12 contiguous claims totaling approximately 248 acres. The Company has three separate claim blocks in Nevada that are prospective for lithium known as the 1,136-acre McGee Lithium Clay Project, the 124-acre Green Clay Lithium Project, and the 280-acre Elon Lithium Brine Project, covering an aggregate area of 1,540 acres. Its 3,015-acre Chibougamau project is composed of four separate claim blocks and is located in the direct vicinity of Lac Chibougamau, Quebec, Canada. Its 100-per-cent-owned Perron-East Gold Project consists of five mineral claim blocks covering 11,608 acres located in the Abitibi greenstone belt of northwestern Quebec.

RE:RE:RE:No sense at all...It used to be that when it was around that level months ago, but driving it down for 0.13$ back here is something else. Shares pop up on the ASK all the time magically. Either the stock is shorted or someone with a huge amount of shares have been selling to bring it back down. We'll never know the real reason, but again, I've never seen a stock with that many shares for sale. It just blows me away to see that kind of selling, especially after pretty good drilling results. I think long term we will do fine but still very frustration see that. GLTA

Of course some insiders could be selling their stock, but they have to divulge that and it would be reported to the exchange. The other possibility is an outside investor wants to buy up the company and is driving the price down by selling.

The real reason it's dropping, IMO, is most likely due to day traders buying in volume and selling when it rises a half cent.
