RE:ACB counld buy the remaining 48%I think it threw a cold shower on HEMP shareholders when ACB bought the majority interest and could discourage new investor to buy shares going forward. HEMP SP shares could be driven to the ground so that ACB could take it over completely and cheaply the other 48% from HEMP shareholders. Since ACB taking control of HEMP the SP has taken a downward turn and interest in the stock has been mixed. I think ACB taking control of HEMP is more to their advantage and it's shareholder than HEMP shareholders.

All in my opinion.
