L'avantage supplmentaire d'un bought deal, c'est que ces institution ont tout intret "protger" leur investissement... Je crois donc qu'on va retourner vers notre average share price rapidement, si tout ce passe comme prvu.

Another way of saying it: In bought deal, the leading institutions will first buy shares from the company (nmx) at discount or at agreed rate. Once they have purchased the shares, they will then look for buyers later when share price appreciate or keep longer term, become longterm instutitional holders. If they don't get buyers, they are stuck with shares and if the price moves down, they will not find buyers and may have to sell at loss. That is why there is a discount, in a bought deal there is greater risk for the banks. But on the other hand it also means BNC, Cantor, Bmo and friends believe they will be able to sell these at higher price than 1$. Have you notice the market stabilisation clause in the pr. Imo if you buy here you have solid allies with BNC, Cantor, BMO...they will defend their investment!
