Something happeningI am very curious with what is happening with DTLA. Huge amount of unpaid dividends on the preferreds. Bulldog got themselves onto the board to push for a payout of the dividends and then this May they are doing a market update session in LA & NY. 
What is most interesting is the liquidation scenario shown in this presentation:
