RE:RE:Arguando logic fall apart in his reply to FanDuCh There is a big difference between facts, and yes some of the facts posted lately can be seen to be negative. But when you make negative speculations using those facts then, in order for me to clearly understand a persons thoughs i need to know their motives, are they a buyer, seller or holder etc.
fact, ceo was owed a payment. Fact he took it in shares, fact he took it in two parts on two different dates. That is all we know.
we do not know if he wanted two payments or the board wanted the two payment. He, we and the board also did not know which way the stock would go.
So one can speculate the ceo wanted two payments because he felt the stock price would be lower later on - that would be a negative
one can speculate he wanted two payments because he felt the stock would go higher, that would seem odd on his part but would bode well and not be a negative.
one could speculate the board wanted two payments because they felt the stock would be going down, that would seem odd on their part, but not really be a negative or positive.
one could specuate the board wanted two payments because they felt the stock would be going up, this would be good news, and to me seems the most likely situation. If I was on the board this is what I would have wanted.
so what you believe is up to you, if you post one of those scenarios and only one, then you need to back it up with your motive or it is not worth reading about your speculations.
