The quote i made about 50% was from me hearing about it mentioned on CBC radio news, perhaps i misheard. My mistake, but a number of users in London did test positive for fentanyl. Fact or fiction, the stigma of not knowing where your pot came from has a significant impact on the black market demand, which i think will be even more magnified after regulations.
