Cannastrips TrademarkThis is a non issue. It's impossible to receive a US Trademark on cannabis products because they are illegal on the federal level. Google "US trademark cannabis" and you will see numerous sources confirming this. LDS has always stated they are pursuing trademark registration with the state of California.
