RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Medmen IPORiver and Alta are distributors. They are higher up the value chain than MedMen which operates retail locations. In fact there is a news release that mentions MedMen making a large order from River.
Cannaroyalty has greater potential with the brands they own and those that are sold through their distribution to retail. Right now the MedMan Apple style retail experience is cool, but the market is fickle. On top of that they cannot necessarily set up shop just anywhere. Any expansion into Canada would have to be in provinces that allow private retail. Ontario is out of the question off the bat.
Any CRZ brand can be licensed to Canadian and American LPs. Licensing will be a big revenue stream in the future.
Tuesday will be a great meeting with hopefully lots of news about the deals and some good revenue to show California is growing into a huge market. The next few weeks are going to be interesting.
