RE:RE:Cannastrips TrademarkCTTH is claiming they have patented the delivery method of strips. (Ridiculous claim. Why haven't they sued Listerine yet?) A patent is not the same as a trademark. Put simply, a trademark is just for what the product is called. A patent is the product itself.
