Just wondering what people think a company like ACB would have to do to hit 50 dollars. I think if the European medical market becomes as big as they are predicting with in 5 years plus new markets opening up I think ACB at full production of 570,000 kg 72,000 litres of oils could generate 5 billion dollars a year. Would that be enough to get the share price to 50 dollars? Interested in seeing what people’s opinions are on what it would take to get to 50 dollars?
Easymoney123, there is a lot of factors that affect the sp (business value, investor expectations, supply and demand, momentum, etc.). We need to set parameters so we can "speculate" on what ACB needs to do to "reach" a $50 share price: legalization is a done deal; ACB's outstanding shares, including outstanding warrants and options = 1 billion shares; and mj industry's average price-per-sale is 100:1 (to accomodate the $5B revenue case).
ACB will have to continue to grow its revenue - pharma, liquor, tobacco, etc; reduce its production and administrative costs (economies of scale should start to kick-in with the acquisitions of CMED and LEAF); show profit and pay out dividends; and STOP issuing shares.
Shortest route to this is for ACB to be acquired by a conglomerate corporation! (This is our best hope!)
