RHT is purchasing these units and will resell them to clients, at a profit. This also ensures the clients in Texas have the product they desire. And if they sell all 27500 units in 2018 that wil take RHT to a minimum of 39,500 patients onboarded. And why buy these units if you are not 100% sure you have customers waiting to re-sell them to.

Me, I still think there are new contracts to be announced and that the 2018 and 2019 patient numbers are about to be upwardly revised.
