"DM" - TSX-V In this vote I think you have to vote as either a short term trader in this deal or one who has a long position at higher prices wondering if they should average down. If you are the latter then I think you are putting more capital at risk to a situation that will not be able to overcome the gap between dilution and profitability. You can make money trading this stock. You have one principal (Desmond) who blows out his stock the second it becomes liquid and has never paid for a single share outside of exercising lucrative options. At least Penny will spend money she has raised on promo. This benefits traders and those who pay attention to when promo campaigns begin and end, etc. I highly doubt this entity will survive the major dilution it is headed for. Their app is not game changing. It won't be bought out for hundreds of millions! There will be more promo and more insider trading... Stock manipulation, etc. Business as usual for this promoters market (CSE) Glance has already had its few months in the sun. Nothing but cloudy skies and propped up valuation ahead. Misery unless you buy knowing when promo is coming and who is behind it. Then sell at height of promo... Short it... Cover when you know another promo is coming. Otherwise you are a sheep that will be slaughtered every time at this point. If you are not in this promo insider loop and gambled buying a bunch last fall before October. Congrats!
