List of all FINAL amendments.Here is a list of ALL the amendments as voted on in the main committee (Social affairs). If the amendment has agreed by it it will be presented to the Senate for Final 3rd reading vote. If its rejected here then it will not even be read in the Senate.
The final amaendment was a side line to delay implementation by the indigenous committee INDEFINTELY until such time as a detailed report could be tabled by the government. This was the last failed attempt to delay the bill and it was REJECTED!! Final vote on committee was 7-5 to carry the Bill with amendments to the Senate.

Senate Amendments Bill C45
1) CP1 Clause 2: seeks to remove apparatus or items used in production of cannabis for agriculture, garden like materials, and fertilizers etc remove from definition of accessories. Agreed.
2) JS1 New 5.1: not applying tougher sanctions on kid’s vs adults. Adding for greater certainly nothing is to be construed the youth criminal act is used. Agreed.
3) CP2- 5.2: adding this act does not affect the operation of provincial legislative limiting or banning residential cultivation. Allow provinces to prohibit home cultivation. Agreed.
4) JS2 7: Prohibit home cultivation. Rejected.
5) WB1 9: If cannabis is distributed by 18 to younger close in age not be charged. Social sharing not be considered crime. Agreed.
6) JS3 11: Raise penalty for illegally exporting recreational cannabis. Increase the maximum fine to $300,000 similar to tobacco act. Agreed.
7) TD1 12: technical amendment for French translation of seed. Agreed.
8) A 15: Immigrants and refugee Convicted for 6 months or less will not be denied entrance to Canada or deportation. Agreed.
9) JS6 15.1: adding for greater certainly this act does not affect provincial legislation in regards to possession of cannabis in conflict to federal. Duplicate.
10) JS7 17: Prohibiting advertising and marketing of cannabis products by all means of telecommunication similar to tobacco act. Rejected.
11) JS8 17-6: Brand stretching, prohibit cannabis brand elements on non-cannabis products/accessory (i.e. clothing, caps, signs etc.). Rejected.
12) JS9 26: Illegal to sell cannabis in a package that does display the THC/CBD content and levels or unit dose warnings. Rejected.
13) JS10 33: Set Maximum THC potency limits on all cannabis products to be determined in regulations. Agreed.
14) Technical amendment. Add comma in clause. Agreed.
15) TD4 51: Early payment option to allow to pay lesser amount than original ticket. Agreed.
16) TD5 51: In ticketing an absolute discharge will not impact any record. Accused who receives ticket and pleads guilty receives absolute discharge thereby avoiding criminality. Agreed.

42) CP3 151.2: After 3 years review must look at public health and consumption of youth. Due in 18 months after start of review. Agreed
43) CP4 151.3: 5 years after committee of senate or house is designated for purpose of reviewing act. Comprehensive review of act after reasonable time period present review before each house. Agreed.

45) TD28 170: Royal assent and proclamation. In regards to Producers and cultivators. Provide for the Pre-positioning of cannabis during transition period between royal assent and proclamation for purpose of transporting it. Agreed.

48) JS15 226: Government come back to parliament with detailed report on indigenous issues as it relates to cannabis. Delay coming into force of bill until such time report is tabled (i.e one year delay). Rejected.
