It would have been cool if CANN could have grabbed this deal

from HIP as they would have been much further ahead in their Clearview investment.

Looking at Google maps it looks like both properties are literally about 15-20 miles apart (as the crow flies) and they could have got 80 acres with an operational greenhouse setup, an HC prelicence ready to build AND a mid stage applicant for an extra 1.2M.
