RE:RE:ACB should buy RTI knowi would like to see a 32% ownership to stop any hostile or nonhostile  take over possibilities if the 17 % and agreements already in place
doesn't  do  that  i think as soon as they meet cetain goals like t god acb will put a bigger stake into rti
