RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CEO Allen holds 76 million of Augusta shares !!The news release states:  "$9.5M of the purchase price will be satisfied through the issuance of an aggregate of 47,500,000 post consolidated common shares in the capital of Mooncor..."

This to me is a consolidate and print with a higher price tag scenario.
