RE:RE:RE:RE:Byron King Very good post, Meester. May I ask where you saw that two of the largest shareholders have publicly stated their favorable feelings towards the LUN offer? I only know of the third largest holder making a public statement. Please post link.
LUN made a poor error of judgment by making their talks/offers to NSU known if they were expecting it somehow to motivate/force NSU into doing a deal as you could read into our CEO distaste of it in his public responses. That's why those few of us who got to see Katusa's comments/recommendations on NSU for many months, feel he was a fly on the wall when LUN and NSU met. That poor offer/release appears to have been to enhance the share price versus create a deal IMHO (We know Katusa claimed his group was selling at least half - nice!).
I don't see how any deal can be done before the LZ maiden resource is made public. The wording NSU management uses in that release should give us a hint where they're at least leaning. Since they own little shares, the natural tendency will be to do what's best for them. That's the rule, not the exception, any way to begin with.
Look for them to throw in anything they can on new exploration potential.
Another 10% down risk with 50% to 100% upside so let's sit tight until LZ resource release.
