It suggests that material information (such as new contract announcements) are close at hand.

27500 hardware units plus 12,000 existing patients = 39500 patients. Current April investor deck says 35K patients by end of 2018. More patient announcements must be on the way, and there is still 7 months to go in 2018 for the sales team to add more.

I will be shocked if we don't get another announcement before the CC. Either tomorrow morning or Thursday morning. RHT typically releases at 8pm on globenewswire.
