RE:RE:Stock down - Vote it downIt would be illegal for Kinder Morgan to stick "KML Canada" with the debt and bleed out the cash to the mother corporation. Clearly the KML Canada Shareholders will vote this deal down. The lawyers are probably gearing up as we speak. As I said the only solution here is for the Canadian Government to put another 2.0 billion on the table as last I checked you can't force someone to give up their shares, this is still illegal. I guess we will see what Kinder Morgan's response will be to all this by Thursday.
