RE:RE:RE:4.5 billions...special dividends coming..How are special dividends going to help if your base equity is being pulled out from under your feet by a desperate company and government. Kinder Morgan better explain how they see all this working from their point of view and quick. As it stands this deal is getting voted down and the Canadian Government needs to come up with more $$$ for this to go forward.
