I emailed Chris a hour or so and he responded very quickly.

I asked along the lines of "I am not saying you should continually issue press releases but certainly getting no updates is disconcerting to me and I think most shareholders. "

He advised an update would be coming later this week or early next week.

And just the fact he responded is good news I think.
