Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Cool Laser Therapy division designs, develops, manufactures and markets super-pulsed laser technology indicated for the healing of chronic knee pain. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Hi Oilminerdeluxe;

Yes, the RTT bill is scheduled for signing into Federal law tomorrow.

There are still some hurdles to pass before this new law will help Theralase.

First, we must successfully complete the phase 1 human clinical trial to be considered.

Second, the company must have ample supplies of the PDC on hand to complete a phase 2 human clinical trial, before it could part with some of its supplies to a RTT participant.

Finally, they would need adequate legal protections from the RTT participants from disclosure, and any type of liability.
