RE:Ottawa bought KMI pipelines..The government is only buying it because they knew Kinder Morgan was probably going to sue them. Now in usual government fashion they can go ahead with cost overruns, delays, and then when its finished they can sell it for a loss and stick it all on the taxpayer lol
