It won't be just 26M shares, there will be warrants attached so they can buy another 26M at fixed price so add that on top IF they do the PP at a higher price but it's not in this companies track record. 

Whatever it is, they will have to dilute even more.

Jag's got a history of diluted penny plays that are now non existant. Not quite sure what's happened to all these but they aren't listed anymore.

Let's say 8M$ (I want to compare with MMJ which at one moment, they were talking about 8M$ cash). There would be 26M$ shares issue and shares count would be at 194M$.

MMJ' shares out is actually 292M and I have big doubt that they still have (if they were) 8M$ in bank.

That's why, IMO, I would not understand going that low (in the teens). Or MMJ will follows...

Am I mistaken?
