RE:RE:agreement with CareOneTeam
RE:RE:agreement with CareOneTeamHelp me understand. Basically Reliq are sub-contracting the on-boarding process to a third company, CareOneTeam? That right?
Something that we thought would be done by the client (essentially for free to Reliq) is now being charged for by a third party? Presumably Reliq is paying CareOneTeam for this service? More upfront costs (to be added to upfront hardware stocking costs)? Further hit to margins?
The on-boarding rate is now dependant on how well CareOne perform this task? We are now reliant on how well CareOne execute.
So what exactly are companies like Paz bringing to this process? Other than allowing access to their patients? Paz have basically said we cant on-board patients or provide them with hardware so Reliq have had to step in and do it themselves (by contracting it out to a third party and buying the hardware) and are left with all the expenses. Paz are now essentially getting access to the re-imbursements for free.

To the extent that clients use the service (and it seems to me it's in their interests to do so), this will make onboarding much quicker and more streamlined. It gets clients saving money faster and speeds up RHT's revenue generation. A win all around.
For existing clients, it must be quite a strain on their organizations to go through such a lengthy process to fuly implement iUGO. This should help.
For potential clients, this ease of implementation should be a further incentive to convert to Reliq's software.
For investors, sometimes it seems that onboarding is a painfully slow process, notwithstanding the fact that 2,000 patients is a heck of a lot of people to be put into the system each month. This should help reduce the discounting required when a new contract is announced and enhance value generation.
