All I was saying when I said they are not discounted is that they are trading at a premium, so you can't really say they are discounted. When you find a discounted warrant it means there is negative time value associated with it so it's a steal (negative time value never makes sense).

I completely agree that they are trading at a discount with regards to their time value. Time value for these should be over $1.00, so whatever the current share price is, minus $3.00, PLUS a $1.00 premium.

As I write this TGOD is trading at $5.02, so the warrants should be trading at $3.02 minimum. That's just an opinion though. You can't calculate time value as it's up to your own personal judgment. If you think the MJ outlook is very good, and you think the TGOD commons are going to go up a lot, then most people would think $1.00 is low.
