We've had this conversation on this site on more than one occassion and a licensed LP CANNOT sell to anybody including an LP UNLESS they have a sales license.

No license, no sale.

Even Clint will attest to that fact.

Cultivation license is all that is needed if the other company has a production licence (packaging and labelling, testing) and a sales license to sell to the public. Same as all the other cultivators that sell to Canopy etc.. all they have is cultivating license. I will post the list on another post.
