RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Agora video update just released.

I just watched the video and I'm still so unsure of so many things. They will say the deal is worth 21.5 million in one sentence then in the next sentence they almost walk back that statement. Nobody has any idea how much we are going to get from this buyout that hopefully doesn't go through. I just want to know besides the new shares how will Mooncor afford 21.5 million dollars ? Mooncor has no value and a two old out of date oil wells. Fox-Tex is not making enough to pay big enough royalities to make an impact on share price for AAO. Couple that with the fact I heard royalities are over a 10 year period!? It's going to take 10 years to get the whole 21.5 million (or however much this deal is truly worth) dollars, I certainly hope I heard that wrong.

As for the updating on the nuclear sector it sounded like the same old same old just with a smiling face telling it to us.

If Fox-Tex is sold I can't see how AAO shares are not going to tank. Fox-Tex is the thing holding up this company. Macroon is not making enough dollars right now to hold any valuation and their blockchain is who knows how far away from being operational. What's going to happen if this deal goes through and when we report our quartley earnings they are that much lower without Fox-Tex sales?

I still stand by my NO vote after watching that video. I wish the share buy back had just happened and I think we would have see the stock price rise greatly without so many outstanding shares. If Allen truly believed in his tech he would want to keep pushing with it but even he sounds like he's fed up waiting for contracts 3-4 years later.

Again with the "great news" some guys are claiming on this board the share price has still not moved one inch. The market is clearly NOT buying what Allen is trying to sell. He said that for every 1 upset shareholder there are 10 that are happy about this deal, if that were true you think share price could jump half a penny ;).

In the end I hope I'm completely wrong and AAO sees a dollar and people on this board who I talk to end up rich beyond their dreams. But as for now nothing in that video swayed me to think this is not a bad deal for shareholders at AAO.
